Why I love Jason

The disclaimer: In lieu of cheesy cufflinks or awful bowties, this year I wanted to give my husband Jason a gift for Valentines day that he could fully appreciate: a beautifully built, fully responsive, hand coded website to show my love. You can read the extended back story on my blog. But first, scroll down to see, more specifically, why I love Jason.

Jason is an iOS engineering manager at one of the best tech companies in the world, Twitter. Send him a sweet tweet!

Jason loves the color green almost as much as I do.

He picks me up when I fall, and encourages me when I'm down.

He knows the answer to just about any question. Go ahead, ask him how a lightbulb works!

We play music together every day.

Jason's a really good dancer.

He grew up on a farm in Litchfield, Illinois, and knows how to milk a goat, get honey from a beehive, and drive a tractor. Really.

Jason has impeccable taste in music. Sample some of his favorite tunes by clicking the play button.

We've been on so many adventures around the world together.

Jason is one of the best teachers I know. In fact, he's the reason I know how to code in the first place.

He's a fabulous baseball player.

Jason contributes to both a drunken podcast and a sober podcast. (They're unrelated)

We can talk all night from a million miles away.

Isn't he handsome?

Jason makes THE BEST cocktails.

As his friends attest, Jason's just an all around great guy.

“ Jason, you, complete me. ”

“ A++ friend. Will hang out with again. ”
-Jon Hill

“ Best coworker I've ever had! ”
-Everyone Jason's worked with

“ I love you, man. ”
-Jonny Piper

He's my everything.
